About Us
A storage facility built around the loading dock, not around leftover warehouse space.
Storage On Demand — Princeton is a purpose-built, climate-controlled, four-level storage facility in Princeton, Florida.
Most storage buildings start as something else — a warehouse, a distribution center — and get subdivided after the fact. This building was designed from the ground up as a storage facility, which is why the loading tunnel, the elevators, and the mix of space sizes all work together instead of being bolted on.
The drive-thru loading tunnel on the north face is the clearest example: it wasn't added later to patch a design gap, it's the reason the rest of the building is laid out the way it is. Business storage spaces sit on the lower levels closest to it; self-storage lockers sit above; private offices sit beside the leasing office on Level 1. Every part of the building was placed with tenant access in mind.
